"SHIPPING"

We ship only within the continental United States with the exception of
Hawaii , Alaska and Canada . These rates will be quoted upon request. We do not ship internationally.

"NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED?"

Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase that you make from the Power Tools, Inc. If for any reason you are not, we will be glad to issue you a credit in the same manner in which you initially paid, providing that the tool is in original unused condition.

Simply call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and then return the item with a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be sure to indicate the reason for return mark the package with return authorization number.

You will be credited in the same manner in which you were billed. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

If you have a problem with a tool that is under warranty, you can return it to us for repair or we will provide you with the name and address of the nearest warranty service center (in order to save you the cost of shipping the item to Power Tools, Inc).
